Small Groups
Small Groups – The “DNA” of Community of Life
You’re invited to join a small group for 10 weeks this fall. Each group will be composed of 3 to 10 people. They will meet at a location they choose – often in several of the member’s homes on a rotating basis – but the church, a local coffee shop, restaurant, park or watering hole are also good locations. They meet weekly for about an hour and a half. During this time they do three things; Devotion – They review the passage of scripture from Sunday’s sermon and seek to better understand how it applies to their lives. Nurture – They celebrate good things in their life and seek one another’s support, encouragement and help for needs they may have. Action – They look for ways that they, as a group, can serve others in our church or community. It’s a small investment that can pay big dividends in your spiritual life over time. You will get closer to one another and to God. Small Groups – “Bringing us closer to God and Others Small Group for Women:
